At Dair House, we place each child at the heart of everything we do. Every decision we make is dedicated to ensuring the happiness of every child and igniting a lifelong passion for learning.

We offer a supportive transition program for all our new pupils ensuring they settle, make friends and feel at home as quickly as possible. Our Registrar, Mrs Wyatt will assist you every step of the way through the admissions process ensuring a positive and confident start to your new surroundings.

We warmly welcome children entering Nursery and Reception to spend a short amount of time with us before joining to help them feel comfortable and excited about their new school.

For children entering other year groups, we offer a special “taster” day where they’ll have the opportunity to spend time with their peers and participate in age-appropriate activities, ensuring they feel right at home.

Our current parents are always eager to welcome new families, helping them feel a part of the Dair House community right away.

We truly believe the best way to experience the warmth and essence of our small and friendly school is through a visit. We’d love to arrange a personal tour and a meeting with our Headmistress, Mrs Bull, at a time that works best for you, or you can join one of our many Open Events.

Scholarships

Dair House offers Scholarships in recognition of current and potential talent.  Scholarships are awarded at 7+ for entry at Year 3 in academic and music, for more information contact admissions@dairhouse.school. Applications are welcome from external as well as internal candidates.  

The deadline for applications is 31st January 2025 with assessments taking place shortly after.
